The Pot Vase with Leather by Belgian designer, Arno Declercq is a sculptural and beautiful object. Handcrafted from Yakisugi treated Iroko wood, this process is an ancient Japanese technique where the objects are burned to protect the wood from weathering and creates it’s unique patina. Wrapped entirely with leather ribbons, these ribbons can be tied firm at the base, or draped sinuously for dramatic effect. Three waterproof holes at the top can be used to hold floral arrangement; the perfect balance between design and functionality.
